Aigars Gerhards works in the field of hospitality since 2000.
He led and participated in several successful hospitality businesses building in Riga and Tallinn, was six hotels, one conference centre, two restaurants and three SPA opening teams member. In 2015 he set up his own company "Hotelier.lv".
Aigars is hospitality professional addicted to high- standard service with experience in all hotel's divisions and managing of hotels in Riga (Latvia) and Tallinn (Estonia), experience with staff recruiting, talent developing and budget planning/ execution.
Specialities: Business development and asset management, team development, revenue management, sales and marketing, budget planning and cost control.
